Insufficient Liquidity: If the liquidity added is insufficient to support trading activities, a refund will be provided.

Lack of Active Marketing Support: If a project does not actively assist Starterpool in carrying out pre-agreed marketing campaigns before the IDO, a refund may be granted.

Non-compliance with IDO Agreement: If a project does not fulfill all the agreed-upon clauses outlined in the Starterpool IDO agreement document, a refund may be granted.

These regulations and protective measures will be effective for all Starterpool IDOs starting from the date of this announcement.
